I made photos and emailed the company that day. The company sent an automated reply a few days later that they received the parts inquiry regarding the damage, but no follow up after a week. Manufacturer told me of their online form to complete and send pics. The two chairs and the table arrived on September 17 and because we often receive partial orders from Lowe's, we expected the bench to arrive separately in a day or two. I did not know of this until my husband put up the bed (which came with no manual) and there were so many parts damaged i.e., cracks, chips, scuffs, etc. I'd never do business with them again and quite frankly, I'd return the product if I could. In one of the drawers the screws were too big for the hole so the wood ended of splitting. Lowe's was not helpful and informed us that it was the furniture company's responsibility to make it right. I'm just trying to get the necessary hardware, which was never packed in the box. The company intentionally sent out a damaged product without checking their inventory first and they sent out a damaged item to a the next customer.
